I am in the field of Psychiatry since 2011. Having finished my MBBS and MD(Psychiatry) post-graduation from Madurai Medical College, I did my Fellowship in Emergency Psychiatry from the renowned National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS, Bangalore).

My expertise is in treating and managing a wide range of psychiatric illnesses like Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorders, Obsessive Compulsive disorders, Sleep disorders, Addiction, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Dementia and other Neuropsychiatric disorders.

I am committed to my patient’s care and welfare. I assess all of them thoroughly to arrive at a diagnosis using the best evidence available and make them understand their problems in psychological and scientific perspectives thereby helping them to recover from their illnesses and attain their functional abilities at the earliest. My enthusiasm lies in bringing a difference in people’s lives.

In addition to my clinical expertise I have enormous interest in spreading awareness about mental health to reduce the stigma attached to the same.
